Following a review of our audit planning and implementation processes, we are pleased to introduce the AKARION GRC Cloud Audit add-on. This new, high-performance tool is designed specifically for auditors, data protection officers and (C)ISOs, offering a streamlined approach to auditing.

With the AKARION GRC Cloud Audit add-on, you can optimise your audit system in an unprecedented way and create reliable results.

Categorisation of questions

Create question catalogues by combining groups of questions. Organise questions so that they are interdependent. Use scoring on individual questions to calculate a score during the audit. Specify different possible answers for each question. Allow evidence to be attached and actions to be taken for each question.

  
CLEVER EXTERNAL AUDIT FEATURE Our new External Audit feature makes it easy to automate external audits. With the new feature, you can perform recurring audits of contract data processors or service providers via an authenticated web interface. You always have an overview of the status and results of each audit. You can compare service providers with each other and track the development of individual service providers over time.

INTERNATIONALITY The modules are designed for multilingual use and feature automated translation into over 23 languages (including DE, EN, FR, IT), regardless of the location or languages spoken in your organisation. This enables every user in the system to work in their preferred language with a single click. Furthermore, the system is capable of mapping a wide range of national and international standards, including those related to data protection law.
HOSTING & SECURITY We aim to demonstrate to you that you can rely on us when it comes to security. This is why we have been certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and our systems have been subjected to a penetration test by independent experts. Furthermore, our web-based application is hosted exclusively in Germany. There is no requirement for installation at your premises.
